Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Singh, popularly known as Ram Rahim, returned to jail on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, after completing his 21-day parole.
Ram Rahim left the Dera premises in Sirsa at around 2:45 PM and headed towards Rohtak’s Sunaria Jail. According to the information available, Honeypreet was travelling with him in the same vehicle, while Dan Singh was present in another vehicle.
What Did Ram Rahim Do During Parole?
During his 21-day parole period, Ram Rahim participated in several activities at the Dera. He held a Rubaroo Night event and also conducted a satsang during his stay outside prison.
He also inspected the ongoing renovation and restoration work at the old Dera premises.
After completing the parole period, the Dera chief left Sirsa and returned to the custody of the jail authorities in Rohtak.
Ram Rahim Was Released on Parole Three Times This Year
This was the third time in 2026 that Ram Rahim was released from jail on parole.
Earlier, he was granted 40 days of parole on January 3, 2026. He was subsequently released for 21 days on May 26.
On August 26, 2026, Ram Rahim was granted another 21-day parole, which ended on Wednesday, September 16.
With the latest parole period now over, Ram Rahim has returned to Sunaria Jail in Rohtak.
