This engine produces 118bhp and 178Nm and is also available with a six-speed manual gearbox.
The more powerful 1.5-litre TSI engine continues to produce 148bhp and 250Nm and comes with a seven-speed DSG automatic gearbox.

- Updated exterior design
The sedan continues to offer features such as ventilated and powered front seats, a sunroof, automatic climate control and wireless smartphone connectivity.

Skoda has made subtle changes to the Slavia’s exterior. The facelift gets redesigned headlights, new alloy wheels and revised tail lamps.
The updated model also gets new colour options, including Arctic Silver and Cappuccino Beige.
The Monte Carlo version gets additional sporty styling elements and is offered with a dual-tone finish.

Safety remains an important part of the Slavia package. The sedan gets six airbags, ABS with EBD and Electronic Stability Control as standard.
The higher variants also get additional safety and convenience technology, including the new 360-degree camera.
